I hate to do this because Penny’s business will boom and I won’t be able to get an appointment. Great stylist! She listens to what you want. Her suggestions are terrific. She understands people and hair. She is very experienced and personable. Her shop is very nice and conveniently located. She is great with kids. Please don’t go to Short Cuts. I want to be able to get an appointment.

Short Cuts is an outstanding place to have your hair done. The Staff, Stella, Tina, and the owner Penny, are “The Best in the Area”. It is a fun place to go to every week, run by people you can count on to do a great job. Everytime I walk out of their shop I feel “Renewed” Anita Feldman

“Walking into Short Cuts is like walking into a favorite relative or friend’s home. Penny runs her business with tremendous pride, warmth and care. It shows. Within seconds of arrival, you will receive a friendly hello from Penny, Stella and Tina. There is never a wait. If you make your appointment at 2 pm, you can count on being taken on time. Yet no one is ever rushed. For those customers who like your coffee hot, it is waiting for you and is the best in town. Stella has been coloring and cutting my hair for several years and she never disappoints.
I always leave feeling like a “new woman.” What I love most is that her hair cuts actually look good for many weeks. Having your hair washed by Tina is an experience you will love. I never leave Short Cuts without making my next monthly appointment. I look forward to it so much as I know I will get to spend 2 hours with great people who care about their customers in a way seldom seen in today’s world.
For those who are on a budget, Short Cuts is the place to go for a great haircut at a reasonable price. What is wonderful too is that they serve people of all ages from young children to the elderly. You don’t have to break your pocket book to get the look you want. One last and very important thing to me–Penny and her amazing staff care about the community they live in.
